I'm one of the founders of Indiana Public Adjuster Institute, with over ten years of helping public adjusters get licensed. I am a proud mom to two boys. When I'm not cooking with them or playing soccer against them (which really means them destroying me at soccer), I spend most of my time helping people like you get licensed and start a new career. At some point in my journey, I was likely right where you are. I've been through so many of the challenges you face, from the exam to all the questions of what paperwork to file and where. I've helped so many people get their license, and I'm here to tell you two things: One, it's worth it! Don't give up. And two, make sure you surround yourself with the right people. I'm a business owner at heart, and I've seen firsthand how a state license can open doors. I'm proud to have founded Indiana Public Adjuster Institute. Personally, I love fishing, boating, and mostly traveling with my amazing wife, experiencing all kinds of new foods and events. How do you get an Indiana public adjuster license?
Indiana doesn't require a pre-licensing course, so the exam is the main step. You request a Certificate of Test Eligibility from the Indiana Department of Insurance, book your exam with Pearson VUE, and get your score at the test center. Then you apply for your license with the $50 fee and a $10,000 surety bond.
